At Looks & Chambers, your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind every piece we create and want you to feel confident in every purchase.
We accept both returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons: defective or damaged items, wrong item received, and sizing issues. If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately and we will make it right.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within your 14 day window with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status and process accordingly.

Please note that all sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued either to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Please note the following conditions that apply to all refunds. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, we recommend checking with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received it, please reach out to us and we will look into it right away.
